“I’m Dean, one of the Concierge Staff at The Pacifica. This is my first hospitality job, and my previous experience was in sales for three years. Outside of being a concierge at the best residential building in NZ, I am on the Rainbow NZ Charitable Trust as a trustee/ tertiary scholarship manager, and I’m the secretary on the Rainbow Auckland Executive. My passions are mainly around giving back to the community. I really enjoy being part of positive change and being able to make a difference.”
