James Pearse

James is one of our Senior Building Managers who has contributed towards Active Building Management and its growth for over 7 years. He began his journey as a Building Manager and is now the companies ‘go to’ guy for industry knowledge.

“My Active Building Management journey began in 2015 as a building manager, prior to finding my passion for the property industry I completed an apprenticeship in Engineering and worked in varied maintenance roles in hotels across Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Since starting with Active I have been involved in managing a number of different sites both large and small and have grown into managing a team of Building Managers as a Senior Building Manager. I really enjoy the day to day variety and challenges that building management delivers, my background in trade and hospitality is an asset and I pride myself on delivering great customer service to our clients. I’m proud to be a part of the country’s leading building management company and look forward to what we can achieve in the future. In my spare time, I enjoy playing as much golf as possible, spending time with my wife and young daughter and working on my old Mazda project car. (in that order!)”
