Peter Cullen

Peter joined with 12 years of experience of managing Schools, shopping malls, Stadiums and top-end corporate high rises and with this experience He brings great value to the Active Building Management team.

“I was tasked with managing the most prominent high-end residential tower on the north shore. After a good grounding at this building, I now manage a portfolio of buildings around the greater North Shore. As we all know, this industry comes with many challenges. I have been blessed by working within a company that prides itself on team support, communication and overall industry/code/personal awareness. Active understands the changing landscapes around us. This requires a strong resilient company willing to adopt and practice new ideas but keeping the basic building protocols in hand. I look forward to the future with Brady, Kylee and the rest of the Active team.

Outside of work, I enjoy club rugby/touch, surfing, skating, outdoor games with my wife, kids and moko. I also enjoy road/mountain biking, fishing, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.”
