As a founding director, Brady has been with Active Building Management since day one and remains passionate about the business, the buildings, and the industry as a whole.

With a background in sport and leisure management, Brady brings a practical, service-focused approach to building and facilities management—recognising strong parallels between presentation, maintenance, and delivering a high-quality experience for users.
While his early focus was on new business and company growth, Brady now spends much of his time overseeing service delivery for Active’s largest client and supporting the Business Development team.

Known for his solution-focused mindset, common-sense approach, and attention to detail, Brady continues to look for ways to improve and evolve how Active operates—ensuring the company maintains a high standard of service across its portfolio.
